Shipping Policy

Items sent directly from our suppliers are typically shipped within 2 days of the order (not including weekends) and arrive normally within 10 business days.  Note, items ordered together may not arrive in the same box. Orders being shipped to AK or HI will be charged an additional $10 for standard shipping and processing. Certain heavy or oversize items cannot be shipped outside the contiguous 48 states. We regret that we cannot ship to foreign countries.

Some items require longer ship-out and/or delivery times so please review our list of shipping exceptions.

Most ground shipped packages are delivered within 5-10 business days from the day they are shipped.

On occasion there may be unforeseen delays in shipping your order. We will notify you via email if we determine your order will not ship by the timeframe stated on each item's product page.

Shipping Exceptions:

The items below will require longer ship-out and/or delivery times.

  • Media items may take up to three weeks from the ship date for delivery.
  • Oversized items may take up to 10 business days to ship, and are delivered within 6 weeks.
  • Items shipped APO/FPO will normally be delivered to the U.S. military post office within 5-10 business days from ship date. 
  • Items shipped to Alaska and Hawaii may take 4-6 weeks to be delivered. We are not able to ship all items to Alaska and Hawaii.

If the delivery timeframe for your item has passed and you still have not received the item, please review our information for I Never Received My Order.

I never received my order

If you have not received your order within 20 days from the ship date, please contact directcustomer@gmail.com. Tracking information is also available on most orders by logging into your account.

  • If the tracking information indicates the package has been delivered, please check with your family members or neighbors. Packages are occasionally left with a building manager, or placed somewhere safe such as your porch, garage, or sometimes behind bushes.
  • Media items may take up to 15 business days to arrive.
  • Items shipped to Alaska and Hawaii cannot be tracked and may take up to 20 business days to arrive.

If there is no tracking information, or you have tracked your package and found any discrepancies in the delivery, please contact directcustomer@gmail.com for assistance.

If we determine that your shipment is outside of our estimated delivery timeframe, we will initiate a trace with the shipping carrier in order to locate it. Please allow up to 4 business days for the trace to be completed once you alert us of the issue. If the package can be located, it will be delivered to you. If the shipper is not able to locate the original shipment, we will either send a replacement, or issue a refund. As soon as the trace is complete, we will send you a notification via email.
