For all refund requests, please contact directcustomer@gmail.com. Most items may be initiated for return within 30 days of the delivery. All returns must be received back in the supplier warehouse 30 days from the date initiated. Items must be returned in new or unused condition and contain all original materials included with shipment. Media items shipped with shrink wrap must be returned unopened. After inspecting the returned merchandise, we will reimburse the purchase price of the item, less original shipping costs. All items are subject to a restocking fee of $4.95 per item OR 15% for items within the electronic, computer and Wholesale categories. All refunds will be issued in the original form of payment used for purchase. Exceptions: Before signing the shipping receipt at the time of delivery, carefully open the package and inspect oversized items for any damage or defects. Should you notice any damage or defects, note them on the shipping receipt and refuse delivery before delivery person leaves. Please notify directcustomer@gmail.com immediately.
Return Fees for Oversized Items:* If you refuse delivery, miss your delivery appointment(s) or return a non-defective or undamaged product, you will be charged for actual return shipping costs. ** Items returned as damaged or defective are inspected and tested upon arrival. Some items may also incur a restocking fee ranging from 10% to 25%*** of the price. Defective Product If you receive a product that is defective, you may return your product for a replacement, replacement parts or refund. Your shipping charges and restocking fee will be waived. Please contact 1-800-489-3351 for a defective item. If it is determined that sending replacement parts is not a solution, please contact directcustomer@gmail.com for next steps. We will issue a refund and will aid you in your return to the manufacturer. When your return is received, we will inspect your product and send a replacement or issue a refund. If your product is found not to be defective, return shipping fees and the restocking fee will apply. Products returned after 30 days Refunds will not be issued for any products 30 days after the ship date.
